I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the 'atrium view' from the balcony is stunning. However, the inner yard facing rooms might be a bit noisy due to the ventilation motors. The service was exceptional with the young, professional, and energetic staff being nice, polite, and very helpful. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Zagreb's main square, making it a perfect choice for exploring the city.
